At 4:34 a.m., police responded to suspicious circumstances in the 1100 block of Mill Bay Road. It was an employee working.

At 9:29 a.m., a citizen reported three men behind their building in the 100 block of East Marine Way and passing around a bottle of vodka. No alcohol was there when police arrived, and the group left when police asked.

At 9:46 a.m., police warned a speeding driver in the 1300 block of Mill Bay Road.

At 11:42 a.m., police received a report of a loose dog heading towards the bridge. It was gone when police arrived.

At 12:31 p.m., a citizen in the 100 block of Center Avenue reported receiving several voice mails with violent and obscene messages. It’s under investigation.

At 1 p.m., police arrested a man in the 100 block of Powell Avenue for a warrant.

At 2:49 p.m., police conducted a routine animal patrol in Bells Flats.

At 4 p.m., police received a report of a possible dangerous driver in the 100 block of Mill Bay Road. It was gone when police arrived.

At 5 p.m., police received a report of a possible unlawful transfer of a vehicle title. It’s under investigation.

At 5:58 p.m., a person in the 100 block of Mill Bay Road reported someone used her debit card without permission. It’s under investigation.

At 6:24 p.m., police received a report of a possible dangerous driver in the Sharatin Road and East Rezanof Drive area. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

At 6:48 p.m., police warned a speeding driver in the Thorsheim Drive and Lightfoot Avenue area and cited them for having no proof of insurance.

At 10:48 p.m., police warned a speeding driver in the 500 block of East Rezanof Drive.

At 11:10 p.m., police cited a driver for having speeding and having no proof of insurance.

Feb. 25

At 4:27 a.m., police gave a driver in the Benny Benson and East Rezanof drive an equipment warning.

At 5:36 a.m., police received a 911 hang-up call. Police searched in city limits and advised the troopers and military police.

At 6:45 a.m., a caller requested police assistance with a fight and then hung up. When police called back, the caller said to cancel and wouldn’t give his name. Police found no issues in the area.

At 7:17 a.m., police received two calls about a man jumping in front of vehicles in the 800 block of East Rezanof Drive. They were gone when police arrived.

At 9:14 a.m., people were parking in an area in the 600 block of Shelikof Strete despite a temporary no parking sign put up by Public Works. Police gave courtesy calls to owners to move them, and a permanent sign will be put up.

At 9:35 a.m., police chalked tires in the 100 block of West Rezanof Drive.

At 2:02 p.m., a man reported his outboard motor in the 800 block of East Rezanof Drive was stolen. It’s under investigation.

At 4:02 p.m., a person reported a vehicle races up and down Baranof Street every day after school lets out. Police will keep an eye out.

At 8:34 p.m., police received a report of an intoxicated man lying on the ground who was now up and walking in the 500 block of Shelikof Street. He was gone when police arrived.
