Fog and rain didn’t stop most Crab Fest vendors from setting up on Wednesday. Unfortunately, the rain will stay here for the majority of the festival, which starts today and goes through Memorial Day. The National Weather Service is calling for a 50% chance of rain today, followed by clouds and isolated rain on Friday before turning into a soaker with wind gusts as high as 25 miles an hour after 11 p.m.
