Robert Dalglish, 60, of Kodiak and Anchorage, Alaska, passed away on September 18, 2021, in Anchorage, Alaska.
He was born in Toronto, Canada, on December 30, 1960, to the late Gavin Pearson Dalglish and Anne Louise Cook-Dalglish. The husband of the late Frances Eva Hochmuth-Dalglish.
Robert moved to Kodiak in the 1980s to be close to his brother James Dalglish, a Coast Guardsman at Coast Guard Base Kodiak. Robert found work as a fisherman only to later decide on a career as a Journeyman Plumber. After raising their three children Rob and his wife Fran moved to Anchorage in 2011, where they lived until their untimely passing.
Robert is survived by his three children Leeanna Dahl, Ann Louise Hart, and Robbie PC Dalglish; his grandchildren Lavender Putnam, Amelia Hart, and Alivia Hart; his brothers John Dalglish and James Dalglish.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the American Legion, Kodiak, Alaska.
