At 7:04 a.m., officers ticket a man for speeding on Ismailov Street.

At 8:21 a.m., officers conducted a welfare check at a Birch Avenue address.

At 8:22 a.m., officers stepped up patrols along Marine Way after a pedestrian complained of speeding vehicles, saying he was almost struck by a car while crossing in the crosswalk.

From 10:34 to 10:46 a.m., Community Police volunteers patrolled Near Island.

At 10:37 a.m., police responded to a call of an abandoned vehicle on Larch Street and red-tagged it with a warning.

At 11:23 a.m., officers took an animal-related complaint from a Turner Lane address.

At 11:26 a.m., officers took a report of a stolen vehicle from a Mill Bay Road address, stating the vehicle was later found.

At 11:43 a.m., officers took a report of loose dogs from a Sharatin Road address. The dogs were impounded.

At 11:45 a.m., officers took a report of loose kittens at a Thorsheim Street address.

At 11:47 a.m., police investigated a report of a theft from a car in Kodiak. The investigation is on-going.

At 11:55 a.m., police conducted a health and safety check at a Center Avenue address after receiving a 911 call that turned out to be a misdial.

At 3:21 p.m., police conducted a health and safety check at a West Marine Way address after receiving a 911 call that turned out to be a misdial.

At 3:36 p.m., officers conducted a bar check along West Marine Way.

At 5:26 p.m., officers served papers at a Larch Street address.



At 5:32 p.m., officers served papers at a Selief Lane address.

At 5:46 p.m., officers conducted a bar check on Shelikof Street.

At 11:40 p.m., officers conducted a bar check on Center Avenue.
