• At 10:07 a.m., someone reported her friend’s vehicle was keyed on Hillside Drive.

• At 11:40 a.m., police ticketed a man in the Powell Avenue and Mill Bay Road area for having studded tires.

• At 11:58 a.m., someone requested a subject removal from Yukon Street. The man left when officers asked.

• At 1:05 p.m., police conducted a bar check downtown.

• At 1:26 p.m., someone reported that a man was jumping into traffic to pick up rocks in the Rezanof Drive and Marine Way area. Police advised the man not to do that.

• At 11:02 p.m., someone called 911 regarding health and safety on Erskine Avenue. It was a verbal argument and the parties separated.

• At 11:14 p.m., someone called 911 about a bear sighting in the 1,300 block of Selief Lane. Police fired cracker rounds and the bear fled into the woods.
