• At 1:24 a.m. a phone call was received from a woman reporting a dog that was barking was secure in her house on Larch Street.

• At 2:10 a.m. a phone call was received reporting an intoxicated woman lying on the ground on Marine Way. After being medically cleared she was taken into protective custody.

• At 2:17 a.m. an officer assisted a corrections officer with an unruly inmate at KPD Jail.

• At 9:04 a.m. a phone call was received reporting that flowers are being dug up on city property on Mill Bay Road. Patrol was advised.

• At 10:12 a.m. an officer was with a vehicle on Mission Road about a traffic offense. Person said he was helping his brother.

• At 10:23 a.m. an officer was unable to catch a loose dog on Thorsheim Street.

• At 10:34 a.m. a man was given a trespass advisement from a Shelikof Street location.

• At 2:13 p.m. a phone call was received from someone on Shelikof reporting she received two not sufficient funds checks. Charges were forwarded to the district attorney’s office.

• At 4 p.m. a phone call was received from a man reporting his neighbor’s vehicle rolled into his home. The parties exchanged information.

• At 8:02 p.m. an officer thought a man was sleeping on a bench on Center Avenue.

• At 8:45 p.m. a phone call was received from a woman on Larch Street stating a dog has been barking for hours again. The dog was secured in the home and information forwarded to the animal control officer.

• At 9:16 p.m. an officer advised two men to not ride ATVs on Pillar Mountain Road.

• At 10:50 p.m. someone reported an intoxicated man keeps trying to get him to buy illegal drugs from him on West Rezanof Drive and asked for advice. He left before an officer arrived.
