• At 5:59 a.m. a 911 call was received from a male reporting being followed on Marine Way; patrol advised.

• At 7:40 a.m. an officer removed debris from roadway on Benny Benson Avenue.

• At 11:32 a.m. a wallet found at East Addition Park was entered into evidence.

• At 12:39 p.m. a phone call was received reporting several parked vehicles on Marine Way; no violation.

• At 2:50 p.m. a citizen reported an unauthorized vehicle acting as a cab; patrol advised.

• At 3:05 p.m. an officer served paper on Mill Bay Road.

• At 3:40 p.m. a phone call was received about a minor motor vehicle accident at Ole Johnson Avenue and Rezanof Drive due to icy roads; no injuries.

• At 3:45 p.m. an officer removed debris from roadway on Mill Bay Road.

• At 4:07 p.m. a phone call was received reporting car stalled at base of hill at Mission Road and Erskine Avenue; worried.

• At 4:46 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a sideways vehicle on the road on Tagura Road; road closed due to icy conditions; tow truck called.

• At 5:05 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a public works grader hit her vehicle on Carolyn Street; patrol advised.

• At 6:15 p.m. a phone call was received from a female saying another female is harassing her on Woody Way; officer gave her options.

• At 6:55 p.m. a subpoena was served on Mill Bay Road.

• At 7:46 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle slid down three parking spaces and hit another car on Cope Street; parties exchanged information.

• At 10:04 p.m. a subject was checking on a relative’s boat on Marine Way; all OK.

Wednesday, Nov. 30

• At 12:52 a.m. a vehicle slid out of a driveway on Erskine Avenue; owner moved it.

• At 3:39 a.m. an officer provided traffic control while public works cleared ice on Mill Bay Road.

• At 7:43 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle is parked on the side of the road but is blocking traffic on Ole Johnson Avenue; towed.

• At 7:49 a.m. a vehicle was unable to move due to icy conditions on Mill Bay Road; officer held back traffic so it could back out.

• At 8:13 a.m. a male was cited on Bartel Avenue for driving with no license.

• At 8:18 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle stuck on the hill on Baranof Street due to icy conditions; able to get car moving.

• At 9:59 a.m. someone requested public works sand the road so her car can be towed on Tagura Road.

• At 10:06 a.m. a glass marijuana pipe found on East Rezanof Drive was turned in.

• At 12:23 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle slid yesterday and is impeding traffic at Ismailov Street and 17th Avenue.

• At 1:10 p.m. paper was served on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 1:46 p.m. a loose dog was at Benny Benson Avenue and Mill Bay Road. Advised owner to keep dog on a leash.

• At 1:54 p.m. paper was served on Mill Bay Road.

• At 3:21 p.m. someone reported larceny from watercraft at St. Herman Harbor. Under investigation.

• At 3:50 p.m. a phone call was received requesting an officer call a male and tell him to leave her alone on Marine Way. Before officer could arrive she called back and cancelled; they worked it out between themselves.

• At 4:02 p.m. a phone call was received about an abandoned vehicle on Larch Street. Unable to tow the vehicle; it has no wheels.

• At 5:28 p.m. a 911 call was received reporting a large pickup sideways in the road on Lynden Way; vehicle gone on arrival.

• At 7:03 p.m. someone reported his dog was stolen out of his vehicle on Mill Bay Road; suspected an ex-girlfriend took him. Officers went to her house; she wasn’t there, but his dog was. He went home with his owner.

Thursday, Dec. 1

• At 1:59 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a 7- or 8-foot bear in a dumpster on Mill Bay Road; bear fled to the woods between Kodiak College and Mill Bay.

• At 9:23 a.m. a loose dog was at Madsen Avenue and Purtov Street. Gone on arrival.

• At 11:55 a.m. a male was arrested on Island Lake Road on a warrant for failure to satisfy.

• At 12:09 p.m. an officer counseled a male about driving safely on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 12:10 p.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on Chichenoff Street. Taken to shelter.

• At 12:24 p.m. a phone call was received about an abandoned vehicle on Carolyn Street. Vehicle moved on request.

• At 3:16 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a male driving without a license on Von Scheele Way; officer had no contact.

• At 4:34 a phone call was received about a loose dog on Mill Bay Road; gone on arrival.

• At 7:06 p.m. a phone call was received about a female being very disorderly and refusing to leave on Mill Bay Road; left on officer’s request.

• At 7:25 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a bear walking around a building on Mill Bay Road; asked caller to notify neighbors, officers called to run a PSA on the radio due to a lot of foot traffic in the area; bear gone on arrival.

• At 8:22 p.m. an officer reported a female lost her shoes in a snow berm; officer gave her a ride.

Friday, Dec. 2

• At 12:07 a.m. someone reported a female is on his boat and will not leave on Shelikof Street; gone on arrival.

• At 3:09 a.m. a phone call was received reporting the neighbors are in a big fight on Woody Way; all quiet when officer arrived and no one= answered the door.

• At 9:48 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a flat screen TV was stolen on Thorsheim Street.

• At 9:54 a.m. a warrant was served to a male inmate at KPD jail.

• At 10:18 a.m. a phone call was received reporting front door broken and two firearms were stolen on Mill Bay Road; under investigation.

• At 1:08 a.m. a domestic violence restraining order was served to an inmate at KPD jail.

• At 1:37 p.m. an officer helped push a vehicle out of the road on East Rezanof and Mill Bay Road; ran out of gas and waiting for assistance.

• At 2:04 p.m. paper was served to a KPD jail inmate.

• At 2:53 p.m. a male wanted information on how to get a protective order; officer advised.

• At 3 p.m. a phone call was received reporting someone may have siphoned gas from her vehicle on Larch Street; patrol advised.

• At 3:34 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a male living in his truck on Thorsheim Street; subject moved on.

• At 6:52 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a male hit another vehicle on Hemlock Street; minor damage. Parties exchanged information.

• At 6:57 p.m. a phone call was received about subject removal on Marine Way. Female arrested for warrant.

• At 6:58 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a small truck is parked in front of a fire hydrant at Kasheveroff and Mill Bay Road. Patrol advised, was on another call at the time.

• At 8:11 p.m. a female was arrested for a warrant.

• At 9:10 p.m. a phone call was received from a corrections officer requesting officer assistance with a disruptive inmate at KPD jail; provided.

• At 9:13 p.m. a 911 call was received reporting a vehicle swerving and tapping brakes on Mill Bay Road.

Saturday, Nov. 3

• At 2 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a large bear was near stores on Mill Bay Road; bear was tracked into woods across the street but gone on arrival.

• At 2:30 a.m. a phone call was received reporting an intoxicated pedestrian on Mill Bay Road fell and cut his nose; minor cut, left on request.

• At 2:38 a.m. a male was just checking his vehicle on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 4:53 a.m. subjects were fighting in front of a business on Marine Way. No punches thrown, subjects left area.

• At 10:22 a.m. a male reported his 18-year-old daughter was assaulted by her boyfriend last night on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 11:26 a.m. a male was arrested on Mill Bay Road for failure to report to jail.

• At 11:28 a.m. a female reported someone spray painted her car sometime the night before on Hillside Drive; under investigation.

• At 1:42 p.m. a phone call was received about leaving the scene. Unable to determine when and how her vehicles were hit on East Rezanof Drive; reported for insurance.

• At 1:51 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle was speeding at Rezanof Drive and Mill Bay Road; patrol advised.

• At 3 p.m. a phone call was received about a motor vehicle accident at Von Scheele Way and Mill Bay Road; parties exchanged information.

• At 3:20 p.m. an officer red-tagged a vehicle at Selief Lane and Maple Avenue.

• At 4:28 p.m. a phone call was received reporting his vehicle was hit sometime last night on Willow Street.

• At 8:02 p.m. a 911 call was received from a female reporting another female she doesn’t know is entering her back door on Woody Way Loop; she realized it was her friend and hung up. All OK.

• At 9:02 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a female wearing all black standing in the roadway on East Rezanof Drive; gone on arrival.

• At 10:44 p.m. an officer gave subjects a no camping advisement on Trident Way.
