Broomball is a game similar to ice hockey in which the players, not wearing skates, use “broom sticks” instead of hockey sticks to shoot a small, soft, volleyball-size ball into the opponent’s goal. For those who don’t know how to skate and would like to experience the ice, broomball is your sport. Broomball is a popular college intramural sport; it’s a great cardiovascular exercise; and it’s fun! Open to all ages, and great for families. Broom sticks are provided.
