A group of children listened to the book “The Rainbow Fish” during the Kodiak Public Library’s Family Story Time at East Addition Park, Friday. Afterward, they painted fish kites and added one sparkly scale to imitate the book’s story. This is the first summer the library has held story time outside and geared for the whole family instead of divided up by age.
