• Around 1:25 a.m., three bar checks were conducted downtown.

• At 2:22 a.m., a driver on E. Rezanof Drive was cited for no proof of insurance.

• At 5:08 a.m., an officer stopped a vehicle on Birch/Hemlok and advised them to clear ice and snow from their windshield before driving off.

• At 5:13 a.m., a driver on Shelikof Street was given a warning for a stop sign violation.

• At 5:41 a.m., an officer told a driver on E. Rezanof Drive that their headlight was out.

• At 8:12 a.m., officers located a car on Mill Bay Road that did not have license plates. The owner fled on foot and officers notified his landlord to pass on the information.

• At 10:57 a.m., a caller observed an eagle hit a powerline on W. Rezanof Drive. The eagle was electrocuted and fell from the line. Dispatchers called fish and wildlife.

• At 12:18 p.m., a caller reported a parking issue on E. Rezanof Drive; the owner will move the vehicle.

• At 12:33 p.m., a male was given a warning for texting while driving on Mill Bay Road.

• At 3:53 p.m., a female reported damage to her vehicle on Mill Bay Road.

• At 5:40 p.m., a male on E. Rezanof Drive was cited for driving with an expired license and no proof of insurance.

• At 6:19 p.m., a male on Ismailov Street was cited for no proof of insurance.

• At 10:01 p.m., a male on E. Rezanof Drive was cited for no proof of insurance.

• At 10:26 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle going extremely slow and slowing down erratically on W. Rezanof Drive. Officers spoke with the driver, who was not from Kodiak and was driving slowly because he was unfamiliar with the road and afraid of the weather.

• Around 10:39 p.m., six bar checks were conducted downtown.
