• At 2:30 a.m., police responded to suspicious circumstances on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 3:17 a.m., police responded to suspicious circumstances on Shelikof Street.

• At 7:47 a.m., someone reported a reckless driver on Mill Bay Road. It was gone when police arrived.

• At 10:17 a.m., someone reported having a loose dog on the Chiniak Highway. Officers took the dog and contacted the owner who will pick it up.

• At 12:26 p.m., officers moved a stalled vehicle off of Mill Bay Road.

• At 1:02 p.m., police ticketed a driver on Mill Bay Road for not registering his vehicle and having no proof of insurance.

• At 2:30 p.m., police arrested a man on Mission Road for a warrant.

• At 3:10 p.m., police warned a man for speeding on Mill Bay Road.

• At 4:07 p.m., someone reported a stolen vehicle on Mill Bay Road. The owner called back and said his vehicle was returned.

• At 9 p.m., someone reported an aggressive dog on West Rezanof Drive. Officers were advised.

• At 11:04 p.m., police cited a man for speeding on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 11:28 p.m., police ticketed a man in the Birch and Hemlock Streets area for having no proof of insurance.

June 13

• Around 1:39 a.m., police conducted two bar checks downtown.

• At 1:57 a.m., police warned a man on Baranof Street for having a headlight out.

• At 9:53 a.m., someone reported a loose dog in his yard on Cove Drive. Officers spoke with the owner who said he’d retrieve it.

• At 10:17 a.m., someone called 911 requesting a subject removal on Shelikof Street. They said the person finally left.

• At 11:30 a.m., someone reported a parking offense on Egan Way. It was gone when officers arrived.

• At 12:16 p.m., police ticketed a driver on Mill Bay Road for having no insurance.

• At 1:02 p.m., someone called 911 from Selief Lane. There was no emergency.

• At 1:40 p.m., police impounded a loose dog on Mill Bay Road.

• At 2:06 p.m., police responded to a parking offense in the Larch Street and Lynden Way area.

• At 3:39 p.m., someone called 911 to report a vehicle accident on Mill Bay Road. A woman was ticketed for not yielding and both drivers exchanged information.

• At 4:40 p.m., someone reported a dangerous driver on Shelikof Street.

• At 4:46 p.m., someone reported an animal on Mission Road. It was gone when police arrived.

• At 5:35 p.m., officers observed no animal violations in the Bells Flats area.

• At 6:47 p.m., someone called 911 from West Marine Way because of suicidal thoughts. They were checked by hospital staff and were OK.

• At 7:10 p.m., officers were advised of options regarding health and safety and the police department.

• Around 9:23 p.m., police conducted three bar checks.

• At 9:39 p.m., someone reported two bicycles were stolen from Selief Lane.

• Around 9:50 p.m., police conducted four bar checks.

• At 10:07 p.m., someone reported a cockatiel in the trees in the 17th Avenue and Mission Street area. Someone caught it and the animal shelter contacted the owner.

• At 10:20 p.m., someone called 911 regarding health and safety on Mill Bay Road. Officers could not locate the incident.

• At 10:24 p.m., someone called 911 to report a dangerous driver on Thorsheim Street.

• At 11:01 p.m., police conducted a bar check downtown.

• At 11:12 p.m., someone reported a juvenile bear getting into a dumpster in the 1900 block of Mill Bay Road. It was gone when police arrived.

• At 11:23 p.m., someone called 911 to report a large bear heading towards Mill Bay Road from the 100 block of Benny Benson Drive. It was gone when police arrived.
