• At 12:53 a.m., police served papers at the jail.

• At 1:06 a.m., police conducted a security check on Egan Way.

• Around 1:24 a.m., police conducted two bar checks downtown.

• At 2:01 a.m., police arrested a man on Thorsheim Street for driving with his license revoked, violation of limitation and on a warrant. A second man was arrested on a warrant and charges were forwarded for misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fourth degree.

• At 8:57 a.m., police stopped a driver in the Powell Street and Mill Bay Road area because the silence plate tab did not match state records. The rental agency was contacted.

• At 9:20 a.m., police received a call requesting a welfare check on West Rezanof Drive.

• At 9:53 a.m., police tried to serve papers to a person on Willow Street.

• At 10:07 a.m., police served papers to a person on Von Scheele Way.

• At 10:21 a.m., police ticketed a man on West Rezanof Drive for not getting an Alaska drivers license although he had been instructed to by police several times.

• At 10:51 a.m., police received a call regarding a suspicious vehicle on East Rezanof Drive. It was gone when police arrived.

• At 10:55 a.m., police received a call from Woody Way asking for a person to be banned from the property.

• At 11:01 a.m., someone called from Mill Bay Road to report a stolen bicycle.

• At 11:24 a.m., police received a call requesting a welfare check on Larch Street.

• At 12:10 p.m., police served papers to a person on Maple Avenue.

• At 1:55 p.m., officers impounded two dogs in the Antone Way and Cliffside Road area.

• At 2:24 p.m., someone called to report that a company was putting flyers in mail boxes on Mill Bay Road, but the flyers were blowing around. Patrolling officers were advised.

• At 3:30 p.m., police served papers on Woody Way.

• At 4:21 p.m., there was an aggressive animal on Center Avenue. Patrolling officers were advised.

• At 5:59 p.m., someone stole something from a building. It’s under investigation.

• At 6:07 p.m., officers impounded a dog on Selig Street.

• At 8:29 p.m., someone called to report disorderly conduct on Center Avenue. They were gone when police arrived.

• At 8:49 p.m., police received a call from Malutin Lane about a neighbor’s barking dog that had been an on-going problem. The owner brought the dogs inside and patrolling officers were notified.

• At 9:01 p.m., police arrested a man on Malutin Lane for a warrant.

• Around 10:51 p.m., police conducted six bar checks downtown.

• At 11:15 p.m., police responded to a suspicious vehicle on Alimaq Drive. The driver was told he should not move the vehicle until he had the title and registration and gets insurance.

• At 11:37 p.m., police ticketed a man for speeding on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 11:48 p.m., police warned a driver on Shelikof Street for not having his headlights on.
