Daniel P. Gonzalez pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Gonzalez was sentenced to 33 days in jail (30 suspended) and fined $3,000 ($1,500 suspended) and had his license revoked for 90 days and ordered to use an ignition interlock device for six months after getting his license back and ordered to comply with recommendations for alcohol/substance abuse screening and placed on probation for one year.

Dwayne A Keeling pleaded guilty to felony driving under the influence (two or more priors). Keeling was sentenced to 48 months in jail (24 months suspended) and fined $10,000 and must apply for substance abuse treatment and had his driver’s license permanently revoked and ordered to use an ignition interlock device for 60 months if he regains a license and placed on probation for five years.
