The 18-hole, four-person scramble tournament begins at 8:45 a.m.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the top two teams, along with prizes for the longest drive and closest to the pin.
Entry fee is $30 for adults and $25 for high school students. Lunch is included for the golfers.
The tournament, held since 2003, is a fundraiser for the club, which supports KHS sports junior varsity and C squad teams and other student activities.
The inaugural Kodiak Bear Crawl is Saturday at the Kodiak Island Raceway located at the fairgrounds.
The event, sponsored by KMXT-FM and the Kodiak Island Racing Association, is a 1.25-mile obstacle race where competitors must navigate eight obstacles that will be placed around the raceway.
The race is timed and the top female, male and the two finishers in each age-group all will receive a prize.
The first wave of five, which is for elite competitors, begins at 9 a.m. A new wave will start every 30 minutes. Entry fee is $40, which includes a T-shirt and a hot dog. Competitors must be over the age of 16, with all proceeds going to KMXT.
Registration will be from 8:30 a.m.-10 a.m. at the raceway.
