Dismissals One count of fourth-degree assault against Arthur Gamash, 51, was dismissed Dec. 26. Assault Richard Rozelle, 23, pleaded guilty to one count of fourth-degree assault. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail (150 days suspended). Rozelle will be on probation for three years.
