Kodiak man gets five years for sexual assault
A Kodiak man will spend five years in jail for sexual assault. Jeremy John Rogers, 22, pleaded guilty to one count of second-degree sexual assault on Sept. 18. Rogers originally faced three additional counts of first-degree sexual assault, but his charges were reduced in a plea deal.
