Fun run Saturday
The Coffee to Coffee Run/Walk is 10 a.m. Saturday. The 3.3-mile race starts at A Balanced Approach and ends at Harborside Coffee and Goods. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. at A Balanced Approach. Entry fee is $10 for adults and $5 for students. All proceeds go to the Kodiak High School cross country team. Contact the Daily Mirror sports department at sports@kodiakdailymirror.com.

Rollers plunging for money
Members of the Rock Island Rollers are trading their skates for swimsuits on Saturday. The team is plunging into the ocean as a fundraiser for the Kodiak Women’s Resource Crisis Center.
