KEA continues to advance new headquarters
The Kodiak Electric Association’s plans for a new headquarters in midtown are progressing. In a unanimous vote, the electric cooperative’s board of directors accepted 65 percent design drawings and ordered the architect, Jay Chen of ECI-Hyer, to advance to a 95 percent complete design. “At 95, we should be just about ready to put it out to bid,” said KEA board member Jay Johnston, who leads KEA’s new headquarters ...
