Gulf pollock quota vaults upward in 2014
The North Pacific Fishery Management Council is giving Kodiak fishermen an early Christmas present. To the Editor: On Nov. 30, 2013, celebrity Paul Walker and Roger Rodas had a fatal car accident. Reports hinted that the cause of the fiery crash was due to speeding or a drag race that ended badly.
