Tuesday Jan. 5 At 7:28 p.m. Alaska State Troopers stopped a 1986 Toyota truck for making an illegal turn on E. Rezanof Drive. The driver, a 35-year-old Kodiak man, was charged with driving with an expired driver’s license. He was given court summons. His license expired in September 2012, troopers said.
