Jennifer Laurel Christian, 25, pleaded guilty to attempted misconduct involving a controlled substance IV. She was sentenced to 180 days jail with 150 days suspended. She is on probation five years. James H. Smith 3rd pleaded guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to jail five years with three years suspended and fined $5,000 with $2,500 suspended. He will be on probation five years.
