Man wielding ice scraper arrested as burglar
A Kodiak man is accused of entering multiple homes while wielding an ice scraper. Ronald Singleton, 60, was arraigned in Kodiak district court on Friday on one count of first-degree burglary and one count of first-degree criminal trespassing.
