Burglary suspect charged

KODIAK — A Kodiak man has been charged with burglary, trespassing and criminal mischief after he was allegedly caught by Alaska State Troopers breaking into a shed at 3338 Mill Bay Road. 

Christopher gilbert, 19, was arrested on Friday and charged with burglary in the second degree, a class C felony, criminal trespass in the first degree, a class A misdemeanor, and criminal mischief in the fifth degree, a class B misdemeanor.
