• A 65-year-old male from Longmont, Colo., was cited by

Wildlife Troopers for failing to release a sport-caught sockeye salmon that was hooked other than in the mouth while fishing in Saltery Creek.

Alaska Wildlife Troopers for failing to release a sport-caught sockeye salmon that was hooked other than in the mouth while fishing in Saltery Creek.

Thursday, July 7

• At approximately 6:07 p.m. Alaska State Troopers arrested a 26-year-old male of Kodiak for violating conditions of release at Buskin River State Recreation Area in Kodiak. He was lodged at the Kodiak Jail to await arraignment with no bail set.

Saturday, July 9

• At approximately 9:08 a.m. US Coast Guard (USCG)

Military Police conducted a security check to allow a 31-year-old female of Kodiak to drive on to USCG Base Support Unit Kodiak. During the check it was discovered that her Alaska driver’s license was suspended. AST contacted her at USCG Military Police and issued her a summons for driving while license suspended.
