David Froehlich pleaded guilty to attempted escape in the third degree. Froehlich was sentenced to 360 days in jail (360 suspended) and placed on probation for five years.
Everett Joseph Grass Jr. pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. Grass Jr. was sentenced to 10 days in jail.
Kim O Woodman pleaded guilty to sport fish guide – license/tags/permits not available for inspection. Woodman was fined $1,500 ($750 suspended) and placed on probation for one year.
Mark T McCullough pleaded guilty to reckless driving. McCullough was sentenced to 90 days in jail (85 suspended) and fined $1,000 and ordered to schedule a screening for alcohol/substance abuse and ordered to complete 25 hours of community work service and had his license revoked for 30 days and was placed on probation for one year.
Erin L Phillips pleaded guilty to driving without a valid operators license – expired less than one year. Phillips was sentenced to 30 days in jail (30 suspended) and fined $250 and placed on probation for one year.
Stanley Samuelson pleaded no contest to public possession of intoxicating liquor. Samuelson was sentenced to 10 days in jail and fined $250.
Rick A Cruse II pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment. Cruse II was sentenced to 75 days in jail (75 suspended) and fined $1,000 ($500 suspended) and placed on probation for one year.
Steven Thomas Henry pleaded guilty to criminal mischief in the third degree – damage over $750. Henry was sentenced to 280 days in jail (270 suspended) and ordered to schedule a screening for mental health/domestic violence/anger management and ordered to complete 80 hours of community work service and placed on probation for three years.
