Fawn Anderson pleaded guilty to attempted misconduct involving a controlled substance in the fourth degree. Anderson was sentenced to 360 days in jail (240 suspended) and placed on probation for five years.

David Anthony Austerman pleaded no contest to assault in the fourth degree – recklessly injure. Austerman was sentenced to 90 days in jail (90 suspended) and ordered to schedule a screening for alcohol/substance abuse and placed on probation for two years.

Cally Rose Bodi pleaded guilty to driving without a valid operators license. Bodi was fined $500.

David Joel Bravo pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. Bravo was sentenced to 90 days in jail (85 suspended) and placed on probation for three years.

Joseph G. Dunn pleaded guilty to proof of insurance to be carried and exhibited on demand. Dunn was fined $500.

Thomas E. Fox pleaded guilty to proof of insurance to be carried and exhibited on demand. Fox was fined $500.

James H. Graham pleaded guilty to reckless driving. Graham was sentenced to 90 days in jail (90 suspended) and fined $1,000 and had his license revoked for 30 days and placed on probation for two years.

James Henry Graham pleaded guilty to driving without a valid operator license.

Joshua W. Harford pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree – recklessly injure. Harford was sentenced to 90 days in jail (89 suspended) and ordered schedule a screening for anger management and placed on probation for three years.

Erick Allen Hodgins pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release for a misdemeanor. Hodgins was sentenced to 20 days in jail.

Joe K. Holden pleaded guilty to driving without a valid operator license. Holden was sentenced to 45 days in jail (45 suspended) and fined $500, and ordered to complete 25 hours of community work service and placed on probation for three years.

Travis D. Hughs pleaded guilty to proof of insurance to be carried and exhibited on demand. Hughs was fined $500.

Earl Malutin pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree – recklessly injure. Malutin was sentenced to 365 days in jail.

Aris I. Mangrobang pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree – cause fear of injury. Mangrobang was sentenced to 360 days in jail.

Willis Rodney Nelson pleaded guilty to driving without a valid operator license. Nelson was sentenced to three days in jail.

Duayne Olsen pleaded guilty to subsistence fishing Kodiak area – Lingcod closed season. Olsen was fined $250.

Yasuo Omwere pleaded guilty to assault in the fourth degree. Omwere was sentenced to 265 days in jail (150 suspended) and ordered to schedule a screening for a mental health and substance abuse evaluation and placed on probation for two years.

Gregory B. Pruitt pleaded guilty to theft in the second degree – value of $750 -$24,999. Pruitt was sentenced to 24 months in jail (21 suspended) and placed on probation for five years

Gregory B. Pruitt pleaded guilty to attempted second degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. Pruitt was sentenced to six years in jail (five years suspended) and fined $10,000 and placed on probation for five years.

Guy N. Shuravloff pleaded guilty to theft in the third degree – value of $250-$749. Shuravloff was sentenced to 365 days in jail (365 suspended and placed on probation for two years.

Walter A. Shuravloff pleaded guilty to conceal merchandise – under $250. Shuravloff was fined $750.

Elizabeth K. Still pleaded guilty to driving without a valid operator license. Still was fined $500.

Ronald Scott Von Scheele pleaded no contest to assault in the fourth degree – cause fear of injury, assault in the fourth degree – recklessly injure, and two counts of criminal mischief – property damage of $250-$749. Von Scheele was sentenced to 420 days in jail (390 suspended) and ordered to schedule a screening for mental health/domestic violence/anger management and placed on probation for two years.

Thor B. Waage pleaded guilty to driving without a valid operator license. Waage was sentenced to 90 days in jail (76 suspended) and fined $500 and placed on probation for three years.
