Judgment of Acquittal

A jury found Teddy J. Charliaga, 35, not guilty on, assault in the fourth degree, and two counts of stalking effective Feb. 21.

Dismissal

• A charge of violating a protective order against Christopher B. Clark, 26, was dismissed on March 4.

• A charge of fourth-degree assault against Jomer T. Abalanza, 30, was dismissed on March 6.

• Charges of second-degree theft, second-degree theft access device, two counts of unauthorized use of access device and violating condition of release against Sean T. Malony, 30, were dismissed Feb. 27.

Driving under the influence

William Johnson, 43, pleaded guilty driving under the influence or refusal to submit to chemical test. Johnson was sentenced to 180 days in jail (160 days suspended), and was fined $3,000 ($1,500 suspended). Johnson will be on probation for three years. The offense date was Feb. 4, 2014.

Theft

Sean T. Maloney, 30, pleaded guilty to second-degree theft. He was sentenced to 48 months in jail (24 months suspended), and was fined $5,000 ($3,500 suspended). Maloney will be on probation for five years.
