Dismissals

• Charges of third-degree criminal mischief and furnishing alcohol to a minor against Logan Mosquito, 22, were dismissed Dec. 10.

• One count of fourth-degree drugs misconduct against Morris Anderson, 63, was dismissed Feb. 14.

• One count of fourth-degree assault against Byron Kashevarof, 29, was dismissed Feb. 15

• One count of fourth-degree drugs misconduct against Loren Delacruz, 22, was dismissed Feb. 15.

• One count of fourth-degree drugs misconduct against Jeremy Smith, 30, was dismissed Feb. 19.

• Charges of fourth-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief against Tyrone Walker, 36, were dismissed after he was found not guilty by a jury on Feb. 20.

• One count of third-degree assault against Aaron Hedrick, 25, was dismissed Feb. 27.

•Charges of second-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief against Lyssa Olsen, 43, were dismissed Feb. 28.

• One count of second-degree drugs misconduct against Nicholas Howe, 27, was dismissed March 1.

• One count of first-degree harassment against Michael Beck, 47, was dismissed March 6.

• One count of third-degree drugs misconduct against Luis Orosco, 42, was dismissed March 8.

• One count of second-degree theft against Larry Birtcher, 59, was dismissed March 8.

Reckless endangerment

Aaron Hedrick, 25, pleaded guilty to one count of reckless endangerment. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail (90 days suspended), and was fined $1,500 ($1,500 suspended). Hedrick will be on probation for three years.

Assault

• Aaron Hedrick, 25, pleaded guilty to one count of fourth-degree assault. He was sentenced to 360 days in jail (315 days suspended), and was fined $1,500 ($1,500 suspended). Hedrick will be on probation for three years.

• Byron Kashevarof, 29, pleaded guilty to two counts of fourth-degree assault. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail (80 days suspended), and was fined $2,000 ($1,500 suspended). Kashevarof will be on probation for two years.

• Basil Larionoff, 29, pleaded guilty to two counts of fourth-degree assault. He was sentenced to 360 days in jail (270 days suspended) for the first count and 270 days in jail (270 days suspended) for the second count. Larionoff was fined $1,000 ($1,000 suspended), and will be on probation for five years.

• Michael Beck, 47, pleaded guilty to one count of fourth-degree assault. He was sentenced to 360 days in jail (270 days suspended), and was fined $1,500 ($1,500 suspended). Beck will be on probation for three years.

Burglary

Logan Mosquito, 22, pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail.

Weapons misconduct

Basil Larionoff, 29, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree weapons misconduct. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail (180 days suspended). Larionoff will be on probation for five years.

Criminal mischief

Kenneth Michener, 28, pleaded guilty to one count of fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail (89 days suspended), and was fined $2,000 ($1,500 suspended). Michener will be on probation for two years.

Theft

• Christopher Jaochico, 40, pleaded guilty to two counts of third-degree theft. He was sentenced to 360 days in jail (360 days suspended), and was fined $2,000 ($2,000 suspended). Jaochico will be on probation for four years.

• Marco DeCastro, 28, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. He was sentenced to 6 months in jail (5 months suspended), and will receive credit for time served. DeCastro will be on probation for four years.

Drugs misconduct

• Nicholas Howe, 27, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree drugs misconduct. He was sentenced to two years in jail.

• Morris Anderson, 63, pleaded guilty to attempted misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was sentenced to a $2,500 fine ($2,500 suspended), and will be on probation for three years.
