Virginia Rene Andrewvitch pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. Andrewvitch was sentenced to 30 days in jail (30 suspended) and fined $1,000 ($750 suspended) and placed on probation for four years and ordered to complete 50 hours of community work service.

Valeri Kourenkov pleaded guilty to criminal trespass in the second degree. Kourenkov was sentenced to one day in jail.

Leo Lund pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. Lund was sentenced to 60 days in jail (60 suspended) and fined $500 ($250 suspended) and placed on probation for two years and ordered to complete 50 hours of community work service.

Joshua Madison pleaded guilty to violating a protective order. Madison was sentenced to 30 days in jail (30 suspended) and fined $1,000 ($1,000 suspended) and ordered to complete 25 hours of community work service and placed on probation for one year.

Jaclyn Martin pleaded guilty to reckless driving. Martin was sentenced to 45 days in jail (45 suspended) and fined $1,000 and had her license revoked for 30 days and was ordered to schedule a screening for alcohol/substance abuse and placed on probation for two years and ordered to complete 50 hours of community work service.

Kuuipo L. Miramontes pleaded guilty to attempted misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree. Miramontes was sentenced to 48 months in jail (44 suspended) and fined $10,000 ($7,500 suspended) and placed on probation for five years.

Gordon Naumoff pleaded guilty to public consumption of intoxicating liquor. Naumoff was sentenced to one day in jail.

Guy G. Potter pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Potter was sentenced to 45 days in jail (42 suspended) and fined $3,000 ($1,500 suspended) and had his license revoked for 90 days and was ordered to use an ignition interlock device for six months after regaining the license and ordered to schedule a screening for alcohol/substance abuse and placed on probation for three years.

Stanley Samuelson pleaded guilty to criminal trespass in the second degree. Samuelson was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Karen Wimmersberg pleaded guilty to public consumption of intoxicating liquor. Wimmersberg was sentenced to four days in jail.
