• At 12:06 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle is abandoned on Thorsheim Street and people cannot get past it. Called owner, states she and her boyfriend got into a tiff and he took the keys and left. She was able to find a spare key and moved the vehicle.

• At 1:37 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a male was banging on the door on West Rezanof Drive. Gone on arrival.

• At 2:32 a.m. a phone call was received reporting the same male has returned on West Rezanof Drive and refuses to leave; gone on arrival.

• At 9:57 a.m. an officer assisted getting a vehicle unstuck on Pillar Mountain Road.

• At 10:33 a.m. on Pillar Mountain Road a male was arrested for violating conditions of release.

• At 10:36 a.m. on Thorsheim Street a male was arrested for violating conditions of release, misconduct involving controlled substance VI and criminal mischief IV.

• At 12:15 p.m. a phone call was received reporting vehicles being parked in the road on Thorsheim Street because the owners didn’t want to shovel their driveway; officer found no violations.

• At 5:29 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a male sleeping in the lobby n Thorsheim Street and refuses to leave; left on officer request.

• At 10:33 p.m. a domestic violence restraining order was served on Willow Street.

• At 11:56 p.m. a 911 call was received reporting a male yelling in the parking lot on Marine Way; gone on arrival.

Sunday, March 11

• At midnight a phone call was received about a loose dog on Mill Bay Road; gone on arrival.

• At 9:55 a.m. a phone call was received reporting receiving four counterfeit $20 bills.

• At 10:32 a.m. an officer red-tagged an abandoned vehicle on Marine Way and the owner was cited for expired registration.

• At 11:18 a.m. an officer red-tagged an abandoned vehicle on Shelikof Street and the owner was cited for over-parking.

• At 11:29 on Shelikof Street an owner was advised to move their vehicle; dead better but will move it as soon as possible.

• At 12:04 p.m. a 911 call was received about a loose dog on Selig Street. Found owner, who secured dog.

• At 3:48 p.m. a phone call was received reporting damage to his vehicle and residence on Mill Bay Road; officer said that the damages appeared accidental and advised him of civil options.

• At 5:36 p.m. an officer was flagged down on Near Island; pedestrian had a parking question.

• At 8:41 p.m. on Selief Lane an officer provided civil standby per court order.

• At 10:32 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a vehicle driving erratically on Thorsheim Street; gone on arrival.

• At 10:43 p.m. an officer red-tagged an abandoned vehicle on Mission Road.

Monday,

March 12

• At 12:43 a.m. a 911 call was received reporting hearing yelling on Mission Road; male was walking down street yelling at the stars. Officer advised to keep moving and stop yelling.

• At 2:24 a.m. another agency reported a verbal argument at St. Paul Harbor; complaint unfounded.

• At 2:59 a.m. a 911 call was received about a verbal argument at St. Paul Harbor; complaint unfounded. Same male from before.

• At 4:53 a.m. a male in the KPD lobby asked to speak with an officer. He asked how to get someone trespassed.

• At 9:32 a.m. a male was in the road at Center Avenue and East Rezanof Drive; officer brought him to the sidewalk.

• At 9:47 a.m. a summons was served on Rezanof Drive.

• At 3 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a male in the street on Birch Avenue; gone on arrival.

• At 4 p.m. an email was received and domestic violence restraining order was served on Willow Street.

Tuesday,

March 13

• At 12:29 p.m. someone reported several vehicles seemed to have been abandoned on his property on Thorsheim Street.

• At 1:45 p.m. paper was served on Rezanof Drive.

• At 2:04 p.m. paper service was attempted on Baranof Street.

• At 2:09 p.m. paper service was attempted on Ole Johnson Avenue.

• At 2:13 p.m. a phone call was received about a motor vehicle accident on Mill Bay Road. No injuries.

• At 2:24 p.m. paper service was attempted on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 2:32 p.m. paper was served on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 3::05 p.m. a phone call was received reporting three intoxicated males arenot supposed to be there at St. Paul Harbor; officer found complaint unfounded.

• At 3:38 p.m. paper was served to an inmate at KPD.

• At 4 p.m. a phone call was received requesting officer evaluate an intoxicated male on East Rezanof Drive to see if he needs to be taken into protective custody; he did not.

• At 4:12 p.m. a male was arrested on Willow Street for assault IV (two counts) and interfering with report of domestic violence crime.

• At 4:15 p.m. paper was served in the KPD lobby.

• At 5:50 p.m. a phone call was received reporting landlord entered her apartment on Mill Bay Road without permission; left on officer request.

• At 6::43 p.m. paper was served to an officer at KPD.

• At 9:13 p.m. paper was served on Selief Lane.

• At 9:57 p.m. an intoxicated male was taken into protective custody on East Rezanof Drive.

Wednesday, March 14

• At 7:46 a.m. a 911 call was received about a natural death on Maple Street; male.

• At 10:29 a.m. a loose dog on Mill Bay Road was returned to owner, who was searching for the dog after it slipped away from him.

• At 11:31 a.m. a phone call was received reporting receiving a counterfeit $20 bill on Center Avenue.

• At 1:22 and 1:24 p.m. abandoned vehicles on Woody Way Loop were red-tagged and marked for 24-hour removal.

• At 2:20 p.m. a phone call was received about a parking complaint on Hemlock Street; red-tagged.
