• At 2:47 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 3:20 a.m., a man was arrested for violating conditions of release.

• At 12:42 p.m., an officer removed a muffler from the roadway.

• At 1:44 p.m., someone brought in proof of insurance to correct a citation.

• At 1:44 p.m., a caller reported shoplifting. It is under investigation.

• At 2:14 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle almost hit some pedestrians. It was gone when officers arrived.

• At 2:43 p.m., an officer stopped to assist a disabled vehicle that ran out of gas.

• At 3:07 p.m., a woman reported fraudulent charges to her credit card.

• At 5:13 p.m., an officer impounded loose dogs.

• At 5:30 p.m., an officer removed debris from the roadway.

• At 5:54 p.m., a caller reported finding a hand gun in his yard. The owner claimed it went missing in 2009.

• At 8:42 p.m. and 8:45 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

Thursday, April 18

• At 12:27 a.m., an officer removed debris from the roadway.

• At 12:38 a.m., an officer performed a welfare check, but the man did not meet protective custody criteria and left when officers asked him to.

• At 1:10 a.m., an officer investigated suspicious circumstances on Mill Bay Road. All was OK.

• At 1:42 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 2:39 a.m., a man was arrested for a probation violation.

• At 8:08 a.m., an officer assisted a probation officer.

• At 8:30 a.m., a caller reported a scam company. He hung up before giving the police enough information.

• At 10:25 a.m., an officer observed an abandoned vehicle. The roommate said he would warn the vehicle owner.

• At 10:57 a.m. and 10:59 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 12:40 p.m., a caller reported a neighbor cut down a tree and limbs were intruding on the sidewalk. The owner removed them.

• At 1:15 p.m., a caller reported a man was urinating in public. The man was gone when officers arrived.

• At 1:18 p.m., an officer red-tagged an abandoned vehicle.

• At 4:42 p.m., a citizen flagged down an officer for information.

• At 4:51 p.m., a caller reported fuel was stolen from her fuel tank.

• At 8:41 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 9:09 p.m., a corrections officer requested patrol assistance with a difficult prisoner. It was resolved before a police officer arrived.

Friday, April 19

• At 1:11 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 7:53 a.m., a caller reported an accident. There was minor damage and both parties exchanged information.

• At 10:54 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 1:58 p.m., a woman received a citation for failure to register a vehicle.

• At 2:59 p.m., a caller requested a cat be removed as it was killing birds around the feeder. Officers advised her to get a cat trap.

• At 3:22 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle passed him in a no passing zone. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

• At 8:54 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 9:28 p.m., a 911 caller reported a man wouldn’t leave a property. He left when he knew the police department had been notified.

Saturday, April 20

• At 1:42 a.m. and 2:17 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 10:17 a.m., a caller reported two men were passing a bottle of alcohol around. They were both gone when officers arrived.

• At 11:04 a.m. and 11:11 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 2:30 p.m., a debit card was turned in. The officer was unable to reach the owner so he notified the bank and shredded it.

• At 6:35 p.m., an officer was out with a dead dog on the road.

• At 8:12 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 8:51 p.m., a caller reported a dog was running though a parking lot on Mill Bay Road. It was gone when officers arrived.

• At 9:40 p.m., a caller reported a dog was running through the parking lot again. An officer impounded the dog.

• At 10:25 p.m., a 911 caller reported an intoxicated man was staggering around. Officers were unable to locate the man.

Sunday, April 21

• At 12:02 a.m., a 911 caller reported she was woken up by her dog barking at one or two men shaking her door to get in. The suspects fled when they saw her. Officers patrolled the area, but didn’t find anyone.

• At 2 a.m., and 4:14 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 8:58 a.m., a caller reported someone stole her guitar.

• At 9:09 a.m., a caller reported two men just kicked in a door of a neighboring home. The men were gone when officers arrived. The home is scheduled for demolition this week.

• At 10:50 a.m., a man was arrested for third-degree theft.

• At 11:21 a.m., a man received a citation for an open container.

• At 1:06 p.m., a 911 caller reported the lights were out at the intersection. They were back up when officers arrived.

• At 2:05 p.m., a caller reported a man was driving without a license. Officers were unable to locate the man.

• At 2:21 p.m., a caller reported an accident. There were no injuries, but a woman received a citation for no insurance.

• At 4:09 p.m., a caller reported someone hit his vehicle.

• At 6:22 p.m., a caller reported that a cab hit his vehicle. The other vehicle sustained the majority of the damage.

• At 7:17 p.m., a man was given an ATV warning for driving on Pillar Mountain Road.

• At 7:19 p.m., a man was given a warning for speeding.
