• At 9:19 p.m., a caller reported domestic violence on Shelikof Street. It was a verbal argument only.

• At 9:57 p.m., an officer cited a man for no insurance on Mill Bay Road.

• At 11:35 p.m., a 911 caller reported a vehicle was swerving all over the road and changing speeds. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

Monday, Sept. 10

• At 12:41 a.m., an officer advised a man to get registration for his vehicle before he drives it.

• At 12:52 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Rezanof Drive.

• At 4:14 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 8:10 a.m., a caller reported someone broke in and stole his lawn mower. There were no immediate suspects.

• At 8:22 a.m., an officer helped remove a man from a residence on Kashevaroff Ave.

• At 10:01 a.m., a vehicle was cited for a traffic offense on Shelikof Street.

• At 10:08 a.m., an officer gave a man a warning about the leash law.

• At 11:24 a.m., a caller reported finding drug paraphernalia on Thorsheim Street. The suspect fled.

• At 4:29 p.m., a caller reported a motor vehicle accident on Mission Road and Marine Way. There were no injuries, but a man was arrested for DUI and a woman was cited for driving without a license and no insurance.

• At 5:31 p.m., an officer performed a welfare check on Rezanof Drive. All was OK.

• At 6:24 p.m., a caller reported an unconscious man on Hilary Lane and Murphy Way. Paramedics took him to the hospital.

• At 7:39 p.m., an officer arrested a man for driving with an invalid license and violating conditions of release.

Tuesday, Sept. 11

• At 12:56 a.m., an officer investigated suspicious circumstances on Mill Bay Road. All was OK.

• At 1:26 a.m., an officer removed debris from the roadway on Thorsheim Street.

• At 1:34 a.m., an officer responded to help remove a man from a property on Shelikof Street. The man left upon request.

• At 1:35 a.m., a 911 caller reported finding two five-gallon containers in the middle of the road on Maple Ave. and Thorsheim Street. They had fallen from a vehicle.

• At 2:01 a.m., an officer responded to help remove a man from a property on Thorsheim Street. The man left upon request.

• At 9:18 a.m., an officer gave a no camping advisement on Benny Benson Drive.

• At 10:01 a.m., an officer arrested a man for violating conditions of release and shoplifting.

• At 10:53 a.m., a man reported receiving threatening text messages from another man. An officer advised him of his options.

• At 11:57 a.m., a caller reported the neighbor has chickens that get loose and get in her road and on her property. The officers spoke with the owners who are trying to fix the problem.

• At 12:29 p.m., a caller reported yelling coming from the public restrooms on Shelikof Street. A group of intoxicated men left upon request.

• At 1:10 p.m., a caller reported a bear was ripping garbage up near the dumpster on Woody Way. The Alaska Department of Fish and Game and patrol were advised.

• At 2:55 p.m., a caller reported a construction sign was left behind and not needed. The owners were notified.

• At 3:25 p.m., a caller reported three intoxicated males were being belligerent on Marine Way. They were gone on arrival.

• At 4:29 p.m., a caller reported a man passed out on the ground on Marine Way. He was gone on arrival.

• At 5:27 p.m., a caller reported he let a man stay in his spare bedroom for a week and he wouldn’t leave. The man left upon request.

• At 5:42 p.m., an officer gave a civil advisement on Selief Lane.

• At 5:56 p.m., a caller reported a semi-truck keeps driving back and forth at night. Patrol was advised.

• At 5:56 p.m., a caller reported two men in a vehicle on Trident Way were passing a pipe. The men were smoking tobacco, and left upon request.

• At 7:06 p.m., a caller reported someone broke the lock to a shed. It is under investigation.

• At 7:38 p.m., a caller reported an ongoing problem with speeding traffic on Mission Road. Patrol was advised.

• At 8:37 p.m., an officer responded to help remove someone from a property on Cedar Street. The person left upon request.

• At 11:34 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.
