• At 4:31 a.m. a phone call was received with a patrol request on Marine Way. Group of men dispersed as officer arrived.

• At 4:48 a.m. an officer found sleeping bags, etc. in the gazebo; no one around.

• At 10:24 a.m. an officer served a summons on West Marine Way.

• At 10:58 a.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on East Rezanof Avenue. Gone on arrival.

• At 11:15 a.m. a phone call was received about subject removal on Woody Way. Officer stood as a stand-by for male to get his personal belongings

• At 12:01 p.m. a phone call was received about an intoxicated pedestrian on Marine Way. Condition of release violation.

• At 1:08 p.m. an officer served a subpoena on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 1:22 p.m. an officer served a subpoena on Alimaq Drive.

• At 1:40 p.m. an officer served a subpoena on East Rezanof Drive.

• At 2:13 p.m. an officer was on Maine Way about a traffic offense. Parked in a handicapped space without having a card; admonished and moved.

• At 2:32 p.m. an officer served a subpoena on Mill Bay Road.

• At 4:40 p.m. a phone call was received and KPD assisted troopers to help a vehicle on Marine Way.

• At 5:26 p.m. at the station someone reported a motorcycle vandalized at St. Paul Harbor.

• At 6:09 p.m. a phone call was received about a motor vehicle accident on Mill Bay Road. Minor damage; drivers exchanged information.

• At 6:36 p.m. a phone call was received and an officer assisted a motorist on Mill Bay Road by jump-starting a disabled vehicle.

• At 8:34 p.m. a 911 call was received and a male was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on Mill Bay Road.

• At 9:17 p.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on Simeonoff Street. Caller volunteered to take dog to the shelter.

Wednesday, Aug. 3

• At 1:25 a.m. a 911 call was received about drunken driving on Benny Benson Drive. Unable to locate.

• At 8:29 a.m. an officer served a subpoena on Mill Bay Road.

• At 9:06 a.m. a loose dog at Mylark Lane and Larch Street was taken to the shelter.

• At 9:09 a.m. an officer served a subpoena on Mill Bay Road.

• At 9:17 a.m. a phone call was received about a traffic offense on East Marine Way. Unfounded.

• At 9:29 a.m. at the station someone reported harassing communication via texts and computer; under investigation.

• At 9:30 a.m. an officer served a subpoena on Mill Bay Road.

• At 10:35 a.m. a male was arrested on Alimaq Road for a bench warrant.

• At 12:49 p.m. a phone call was received about reckless driving on Ole Johnson Avenue.

• At 1:47 p.m. a loose dog reported on Mill Bay Road was gone on arrival.

• At 2:22 p.m. a phone call was received about a domestic violence restraining order/condition of release violation on Marine Way. Turned over to AST.

• At 3:13 p.m. on Center Avenue an officer found an open container violation. Dumped alcohol and given advisement.

• At 3:20 p.m. on Center Avenue a vehicle was parked in red zone; driver admonished and moved on request.

• At 3:52 p.m. a phone call was received about a traffic hazard on Mill Bay Road. Gone on arrival.

• At 4:36 p.m. a male was cited for speeding at Spruce Cape Road and Mission Road.

• At 4:53 p.m. a phone call was received about violating restraining order on Mill Bay Road. Under investigation.

• At 4:59 p.m. a female was cited for speeding on West Rezanof Drive,

• At 5:23 p.m. a citizen flagged down an officer at Simeonoff Street and Ole Johnson Avenue. Thanked officer for his presence.

• At 7:41 p.m. a 911 call was received about subject removal on Ole Johnson Avenue. Intoxicated male left on request.

• At 8:44 a.m. another agency referred a reckless driver in the AST area. Advised KPD to look for vehicle if they come into city.

• At 11:14 p.m. two bicycles were blocking the roadway on Mill Bay Road.
