• Around 12:56 a.m., five bar checks were conducted downtown.

• At 2:03 a.m., a taxi driver reported he was in the police department's parking lot with a passed-out passenger; the person awoke and the taxi took him home.

• At 8:03 a.m., a male on Larch Street was arrested for fourth-degree assault.

• At 11:23 a.m., officers were unable to catch a loose dog on Hillside Drive.

• At 1:44 p.m., police responded to a mutual fight on Shelikof Street. There were no injuries and neither party wanted to press charges.

• At 5:29 p.m., a citizen found a loose dog on Mill Bay Road and took it home.

• At 5:31 p.m., officers responded to a reckless driver call on Mill Bay Road. The driver was negative for intoxication and medics confirmed a diabetic medical emergency. The driver was treated at the scene and a family member took her home.

• Around 9:18 p.m., five bar checks were conducted downtown.

Sunday, May 11

• At 12:16 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle went into a ditch on Ismailov Street. When caller approached the occupants had fled.

• Around 1:10 a.m., five bar checks were conducted downtown.

• At 1:13 a.m., a male was warned for urinating in public on Center Avenue.

• At 3:25 a.m., officers removed debris from West Marine Way.

• At 4:29 a.m., officers removed debris from Maple Avenue.

• At 8:44 a.m., a male was reported sleeping in an ATM lobby on Center Avenue. He left upon request.

• At 9:15 a.m., a driver on East Rezanof Street was cited for no proof of insurance.

• At 11:14 a.m., a male on Mill Bay Road was stopped for papers flying out of his vehicle; he picked them all up.

• At 11:57 a.m., a driver on West Rezanof Drive was warned for speeding.

• At 1:53 p.m., a caller reported an intoxicated male passed out on the grass on Center Avenue. He did not meet protective custody criteria.

• At 2:06 p.m., officers provided traffic control until a disabled vehicle was down off of Mill Bay Road.

• At 2:25 p.m., a driver on Kashevaroff Avenue was cited for studded tires.

• At 2:46 p.m., a driver on Mill Bay Road was cited for studded tires and no proof of insurance.

• At 3:04 p.m., a driver on Mill Bay Road was cited for no proof of insurance.

• At 3:15 p.m., a caller reported neighbors on Willow Street threw food out in their yard and was concerned it will attract bears and eagles. Officers did not see food and left a business card.

• At 3:26 p.m., a driver on Mill Bay Road was cited for no proof of insurance.

• At 3:31 p.m., officers were unable to catch a loose Dog on Ole Johnson Avenue.

• At 7:19 p.m., a loose dog on Otmeloi Way was impounded.

• At 7:24 p.m., officers assisted corrections officers with an unruly inmate.

• At 9:11 p.m., a caller reported a motor vehicle accident on Thorsheim Street.

• Around 10:05 p.m., four bar checks were conducted downtown.

• At 10:23 p.m., a driver on Powell Avenue was warned for speeding.

• At 10:27 p.m., a driver on East Rezanof Drive was warned to turn headlights on.

• At 10:33 p.m., a driver on Mill Bay Road was warned for speeding.

Monday, May 12

• At 1:29 a.m., a bar check was conducted downtown.

• At 7:44 a.m., a male on East Rezanof Drive was arrested for a warrant.

• At 10:48 a.m., a caller reported a missing bike on Center Avenue. The bike was possibly taken by family for safe-keeping.

• At 12:39 p.m., a driver on Willow Street was cited for no vehicle insurance.

• At 1:28 p.m., a male on Mill Bay Road was arrested for violating conditions of release and criminal trespass.

• At 1:30 p.m., a caller reported an aggressive dog on Beaver Lake Drive. The owner was told to keep his dogs on his own property.

• At 3:12 p.m., a loose dog on East Rezanof Drive was impounded.

• Around 9:35 p.m., two bar checks were conducted downtown.
