• At 1:27 a.m., an officer investigated an abandoned vehicle on Woody Way Loop.

• At 1:47 a.m., a 911 caller requested help removing a man from a Center Avenue property. The man left upon officer request.

• At 3:04 a.m., a man was arrested for second-degree criminal trespassing on Marine Way.

• At 7:29 a.m., a man turned himself in, and was arrested for vehicle theft, two counts of criminal mischief, two counts of theft and driving without a valid license.

• At 10:21 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Shelikof Street.

• At 12:28 p.m., an abandoned vehicle on Woody Way Loop was red tagged.

• At 4:19 p.m., a woman reported four tires were stolen from outside her house on Stellar Way.

• At 8:07 p.m., a man was cited for driving without a valid license and no proof of insurance.

• At 10:19 p.m., an officer assisted a man receiving text and calls from a woman he has a restraining order against.

• At 11:02 p.m., a caller requested help removing a man from a Center Avenue property. He left upon officer request.

• At 11:13 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

Friday, Sept. 21

• At 1:07 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 9:56 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle hit another vehicle on Mill Bay Road and sped off. Under investigation.

• At 12 p.m., a caller reported a man tried cashing a fraudulent check. Under investigation.

• At 12:25 p.m., a woman reported a bus almost hit her on Rezanof Drive.

• At 1:05 p.m., an abandoned vehicle was red-tagged on Willow Street.

• At 2 p.m., a man reported his laptop was stolen from St. Paul Harbor.

• At 2:15 p.m., an officer impounded a loose dog on Rezanof Drive.

• At 3:10 p.m., an abandoned vehicle on Hillside Drive was red-tagged.

• At 7:09 p.m., a caller on Rezanof Drive reported a man won’t pay his bill and leave. He was gone on arrival, but paid his bill first.

• At 11:03 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

Saturday, Sept. 22

• At 12:57 a.m., a caller from St. Paul Harbor reported helping an intoxicated man get out of the water he had fallen into. The intoxicated man went to a boat, but the caller was worried the man wouldn’t get the proper attention. All was OK.

• At 1:36 a.m., an officer was flagged down by an intoxicated man who asked for directions to get to his sister’s house. The officer called a cab and took him.

• At 1:55 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 4:25 a.m., an officer was flagged down by a taxi asking for assistance with a passenger. It was provided.

• At 4:48 a.m., a man received a traffic citation for having his windows tinted too dark and a loud exhaust.

• At 7:57 a.m., a caller reported an intoxicated woman kept stumbling and falling down on Thorsheim Street. She was taken into custody.

• At 9:25 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle was parked in a red zone on Shelikof Street. It was gone on arrival.

• At 1:10 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 1:20 p.m., a caller reported having footage of a woman stealing products from a business on Mill Bay Road. The woman admitted to stealing and returned the items. No charges were filed, but she was trespassed from the premises for one year.

• At 4:57 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle almost hit her on Hemlock Street. Patrol was advised.

• At 5:33 p.m., a caller reported her TV was stolen. Under investigation.

• At 10:45 p.m., an officer investigated a suspicious vehicle on Baranof Street. The vehicle owner was working on a disabled vehicle.

• At 11:23 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle on Shelikof Street might have an intoxicated driver. Officers found the vehicle, and the driver was negative for DUI.

Sunday, Sept. 23

• At 12:15 a.m., a 911 caller reported two men were fighting on Marine Way. Neither man wanted to press charges, and both left the area.

• At 12:29 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 2:05 a.m., an officer spoke with a man who was urinating in public on Marine Way.

• At 2:34 a.m., a woman received a citation for having the wrong colored headlights.

• At 4:26 a.m., an intoxicated man was stumbling in the road on Rezanof Drive. He went home.

• At 4:42 a.m., an intoxicated man was taken in a cab with his friends.

• At 5:44 a.m., a caller reported a man was suicidal, but would not call for help. Officers gave him a courtesy ride to the hospital where he checked himself in for treatment.

• At 6:28 a.m., a caller reported her adult daughter hadn’t been seen since the day before. She asked for advise, but didn’t want to file a missing persons report.

• At 6:45 a.m., a caller asked for assistance in moving a patient to a different room; it was provided.

• At 10:40 a.m. and 11:37 a.m., a caller reported a loose dog on Selief Lane. The dogs were gone on arrival.

• At 11:49 a.m., a caller reported a loose dog on Selief Lane. It was caught and impounded.

• At 1:52 p.m., a caller reported a sink was ripped off the wall and water was spraying everywhere at a property on Simeonoff Street. There was no evidence the incident was intentional.
