At 1:02 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

At 1:18 a.m., an officer removed traffic cones from the roadway on Mission Road.

At 2:50 a.m., an officer gave a driver a warning to get an Alaska license. A canine search of the driver’s vehicle came up negative.

At 5:47 a.m., a 911 caller saw a vehicle hit a parked car. There were no injuries and insurance information was exchanged.

At 8:52 a.m., a vehicle requested assistance getting unstuck from a dip.

At 11:31 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle passed a school bus while its red lights were flashing. The description and plate did not match.

At 11:50 a.m., a caller reported fraudulent charges to his credit card.

At 4:35 p.m., a caller requested assistance removing someone from a property. The person was gone when officers arrived.

At 4:43 p.m., a caller reported a speeding vehicle. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

At 4:49 p.m. and 4:55 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

Friday, March 8

At 2:15 a.m., a man reported an intoxicated woman was walking in the street. She was gone when officers arrived.

At 2:30 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

At 8:31 a.m., a caller reported an intoxicated woman would not leave the establishment. She left when an officer asked her to.

At 10:47 a.m., a vehicle received a citation for a traffic offense.

At 12:09 p.m., a woman reported a homeless man was wandering the parking lot looking into vehicles. He was gone when officers arrived.

At 1:51 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle had been parked in the same spot for two weeks. Police were trying to locate the owner.

At 4:11 p.m., a person brought in proof of insurance.

At 4:24 p.m., a 911 caller reported hearing two to three gunshots. Officers did a thorough check and were unable to find the source.

At 4:40 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

At 5:43 p.m., officers determined someone was not cutting down trees on city property.

At 6:09 p.m., a caller reported they had a female shoplifter in the office. Management decided to give a trespass warning.

At 6:23 p.m., a 911 caller reported harassment. The report was not criminal in nature, but officers advised getting a protective order.

At 6:31 p.m., a caller reported people were living in an RV in a neighboring driveway. The owner was given a camping warning.

At 9:56 p.m., a 911 caller reported a person kept calling them and hanging up day and night. Officers gave the man his options.

At 10:32 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

At 11:45 p.m., a woman was arrested for DUI.

Saturday, March 9

At 2:07 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

At 2:28 a.m., a man was arrested for being drunk on a licensed premises.

At 5:20 a.m., a woman was arrested for DUI.

At 7:59 a.m., a woman reported she was woken up by her neighbors arguing. The neighbor was intoxicated. The intoxicated woman was later arrested for disorderly conduct.

At 8:56 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

At 9:17 a.m., a caller reported vehicles have been in her parking lot for days. Officers found no illegal parking, but informed the community services officer.

At 10:07 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

At 5:12 p.m., a woman reported a vehicle was speeding, driving over the center line and was heading toward town. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

At 6:14 p.m., an officer observed an abandoned vehicle.

At 9:51 p.m., a caller reported two pallets in the roadway. They were gone when officers arrived.

Sunday, March 10

At 1:20 a.m., a man was acting suspicious, but there was no evidence of a crime.

At 1:31 a.m., a caller reported an unoccupied vehicle in the road. It appeared to have rolled out of its parking space. The owner was notified and moved it.

At 4:45 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

At 1:38 p.m., a caller spoke with an officer about a restraining order she had against another person.

At 5:27 p.m., a man reported a dog in the bed of a truck “just doesn’t look right.” Patrol was advised.

At 7:43 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

At 7:55 p.m., a woman flagged down an officer to report she saw a suspicious person. It was in Alaska State Trooper jurisdiction.

At 10:08 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.
