• At 12:58 a.m., an officer investigated suspicious circumstances on Center Avenue. All was OK; an employee was working late.

• At 1:15 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 1:18 a.m., an officer gave an intoxicated man a disorderly conduct advisement.

• At 1:18 a.m., a man received a citation for no insurance and failure to register a vehicle.

• At 3:32 a.m., an officer was flagged down by an intoxicated man on Marine Way who thought the officer’s vehicle was a cab.

• At 9:01 a.m., an officer investigated a suspicious vehicle with an open door on Marine Way. All was OK.

• At 9:24 a.m., a caller reported an ATV keeps driving in their parking lot on Rezanof Drive. The ATV was gone on arrival.

• At 9:38 a.m., a man reported his cell phone was stolen.

• At 9:43 a.m., a vehicle received a citation for a parking offense on Shelikof Street.

• At 9:46 a.m., a vehicle received a citation for a parking offense on Shelikof Street.

• At 9:58 a.m., a woman was taken into police custody.

• At 11:20 a.m., an officer impounded a loose dog on Mill Bay Road.

• At 12:10 p.m., a caller reported a man stole two cases of beer from a business on Mill Bay Road. Under investigation.

• At 12:26 p.m., a vehicle on Hillcrest Drive was red-tagged.

• At 12:40 p.m., a vehicle received a citation for a parking offense on Marine Way.

• At 1:06 p.m., an abandoned vehicle on Larch Street was red-tagged.

• At 1:25 p.m., an abandoned vehicle on Larch Street was red-tagged.

• At 1:28 p.m., an abandoned vehicle on Larch Street was red-tagged.

• At 1:36 p.m., an abandoned vehicle on Larch Street was red-tagged.

• At 1:37 p.m., a man reported an accident where his bumper tapped another vehicle. There was no visible damage.

• At 2:56 p.m., a vehicle received a citation for a traffic offense on Shelikof Street.

• At 4:49 p.m., a man was arrested for a bench warrant.

• At 7:01 p.m., a man reported his vehicle was vandalized. There was minor damage, just a scratch on a door.

• At 7:47 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle was driving at a high rate of speed on Baranof Street. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

• At 8:34 p.m., a caller reported vehicles were racing on Rezanof Drive. Officers were unable to locate the vehicles.

• At 11:02 p.m., officers asked an intoxicated pedestrian to leave a property on Mill Bay Road.

• At 11:31 p.m., officers provided assistance to move a patient.

Saturday, Sept. 15

• At 12:58 a.m., a 911 caller reported vandalism on Hillcrest Drive. He stated that his door and window were broken.

• At 1:22 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Thorsheim Street.

• At 1:33 a.m., a caller reported several individuals on Center Avenue were about to fight. All fled the scene when officers arrived.

• At 2:10 a.m., a caller reported a beer bottle was thrown at him on Marine Way. Under investigation.

• At 2:48 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 10:43 a.m., a man was cited for stealing and violating conditions of release. He was later arrested for breaking into vehicles again.

• At 12:48 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Shelikof Street.

• At 1:30 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle on Shelikof Street was blocking vans and other vehicles. It was parked legally.

• At 1:54 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Shelikof Street.

• At 6:37 p.m., a caller reported his vehicle was keyed and wanted it logged for insurance purposes.

• At 8:22 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle was swerving and changing speeds. Officers found the vehicle. The driver was distracted by the kids acting up.

• At 9:06 p.m., a 911 caller reported a vehicle drove into the ditch on Selief Lane and appears stuck. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

• At 9:44 p.m., a 911 caller reported a strange man outside wouldn’t leave. The babysitter did not know him but the residence owner said all was OK and he would handle it.

• At 11:07 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

Sunday, Sept. 16

• At 2:16 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Chichenoff Street.

• At 9:52 a.m., a caller reported his truck was hit sometime during the night. There are no suspects.

• At 2:13 p.m., a woman reported her vehicle was hit by another vehicle’s door. She wanted it logged for insurance purposes.

• At 2:57 p.m., a man reported his pistol was stolen.

• At 7:13 p.m., a caller reported her sister might be suicidal. Officers called paramedics and took her to the hospital.

• At 9:41 p.m., a man received a citation on Mission Road for driving with an invalid license, no headlights and no proof of insurance.
