• At 9:18 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a female keeps calling him and threatening to come to his place on Erskine Avenue; officer warned female to stop or criminal charges will be filed.

• At 9:22 p.m. a phone call was received reporting an intoxicated male is stumbling down the road on Center Avenue; gone on arrival.

• At 9:36 p.m. on Cedar Street a male was arrested for forgery II misconduct involving controlled substance IV. MICS VI and no insurance.

• At 11:56 p.m. someone reported a stalled vehicle on Mill Bay Road; owner able to get it fixed and moved on.

Sunday, March 4

• 4:21 a.m. an officer was out speaking with subjects on Marine Way.

• At 4:27 a.m. two subjects were arguing on Marine Way; left on officer request.

• At 4:40 a.m. a man was caught pickpocketing business patrons on Marine Way; arrested for theft II and theft III.

• At 7:22 a.m. a phone call was received reporting an intoxicated male fell down on Mill Bay Road; patrol advised.

• At 1:26 p.m. a cellphone was found on Pillar Mountain Road; unable to contact owner so it was placed in evidence as found property.

• At 7:23 p.m. a female was cited for speeding on Rezanof Drive.

• At 8:15 p.m. a phone call was received reporting an intoxicated male is walking down the middle of the street on Selief Lane talking to himself; gone on arrival.

Monday, March 5

• At 9:15 a.m. a male found a broken window in his home on Thorsheim Street, possibly caused by a BB gun.

• At 9:27 a.m. a phone call was received from a male who found damage to his bumper on Mill Bay Road; not sure when or where it happened. Logged for insurance.

• At 9:36 a.m. a phone call was received about parking on Mill Bay Road. Advice given to caller about getting a vehicle removed.

• At 9:47 a.m. a phone call was received reporting a male outside smoking marijuana; gone on arrival.

• At 10:17 a.m. a phone call was received about a male refusing to leave premises on Rezanof Drive; left on offer request.

• At 10:18 a.m. a phone call was received reporting there is a fight in progress upstairs on West Rezanof Drive; everything OK. Male was yelling at someone on the phone.

• At 10:28 a.m. a 911 call was received about a motor vehicle accident on Mill Bay Road. Damage to both vehicles, on private property. No injuries and parties exchanged information.

• At 11:48 a.m. another agency reported crab pots in the road at Mission Road and Center Avenue; moved off of roadway and owner retrieved.

• At 11:59 a.m. paper was served to an inmate at Kodiak Police Department Jail.

• At 2:30 p.m. someone reported a vehicle blocking snow removal on Alder Way.

• At 3:45 p.m. a summons was served to an officer at KPD.

• At 4:06 p.m. a phone call was received about subject removal on East Rezanof Drive. Male from earlier call returned and refused to leave; left on officer request.

• At 4:51 p.m. subpoena service was attempted on Larch Street.

• At 5:38 p.m. a subpoena was served to an officer at KPD.

• At 6:23 p.m. a bench warrant was served to an inmate at KPD jail.

• At 8:50 p.m. a phone call was received and a female on Erskine Avenue was advised to stop using 911 for non-emergency calls due to her intoxication.

• At 10:28 p.m. a phone call was received reporting a neighbor is yelling at everyone on Mill Bay Road. Officer advised neighbor to quiet down.
