• At 10:22 a.m., an officer observed loose dogs on Thorsheim Street, but the owners called them in.

• At 10:23 a.m., an animal control officer was advised of loose puppies during the daytime on Hillside Drive.

• At 11:01 a.m., an officer gave a leash law warning to an owner on Mill Bay Road.

• At 1:15 p.m., a caller reported his wife’s vehicle tires were slashed. There were no immediate suspects.

• At 2:16 p.m., an officer advised a driver to speak with the DMV and the owner of the vehicle about expired plates.

• At 2:46 p.m., an abandoned vehicle on Thorsheim Street was red-tagged.

• At 2:55 p.m., an abandoned vehicle on Thorsheim Street was red-tagged.

• At 3:10 p.m., a loose dog was reunited with its owner.

• At 5:40 p.m., a corrections officer requested officer assistance with two inmates.

• At 5:57 p.m., a loose dog was returned to its home on Hillside Drive.

• At 6:57 p.m., a caller reported small scratches in her vehicle. It was logged for insurance purposes.

• At 7:52 p.m., a corrections officer requested officer assistance with getting an inmate to take his medication. He took it at an officer’s request.

Tuesday, Sept. 25

• At 12:40 a.m., a caller reported a man was slumped over his steering wheel in a parking lot on Marine Way. The man then drove away. Officers found the man who was negative for DUI. They advised him to get someone with a driver’s license to drive it.

• At 1:15 a.m., an officer removed debris from the roadway on Thorsheim Street.

• At 8:29 a.m., a vehicle on Shelikof Street was red-tagged.

• At 9:04 a.m., a caller reported damage to a park on Simeonoff Street.

• At 9:51 a.m., a caller requested extra patrols on Hemlock Street due to a speeding vehicle. Patrol was advised.

• At 10:26 a.m., an officer gave a camping advisement on Marine Way.

• At 12:12 p.m., an abandoned vehicle at the municipal airport was red-tagged.

• At 2:10 p.m., a caller reported two puppies growled at her last week. The owner told her they don’t need leashes because they aren’t on the “aggressive dog” list. Animal control is investigating.

• At 4:06 p.m., a caller reported a neighboring business on Mill Bay Road had crab pots blocking the views for customers to pull in and out. They agreed to move them.

• At 4:50 p.m., a man received a citation for passing a school bus while its red lights were flashing on Mill Bay Road.

• At 8:29 p.m., a 911 caller reported a man hit her and was fighting with other people. Witnesses disagreed and officers found no sign of abuse.

• At 9:27 p.m., a vehicle was parked in a red zone on Rezanof Drive. It was moved upon officer request.

• At 9:34 p.m., an officer investigated a suspicious vehicle on Chicheonoff Street. The owner said it would be moved in the morning.

• At 9:41 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Simeonoff Street.

• At 10:05 p.m., a caller reported a noise complaint, and officers gave a disorderly conduct advisement.
