• At 9 a.m. a phone call was received about a stone wall disassembled over the weekend. No damage.

• At 1:13 p.m. an officer checked an abandoned vehicle on Marine. Left message on owner’s phone.

• At 1:15 p.m. a phone call was received about someone trying to enter a window on Mill Bay. Patrol advised.

• At 1:34 p.m. an officer checked an abandoned vehicle on Alimaq. Marked for 24 hours.

• At 1:45 p.m. at the station arrest warrant served. Male arrested on Mill Bay.

• At 4:20 p.m. at the station a broken sun roof on Marine was reported.

• At 4:34 p.m. a phone call was received about an aggressive dog on Preston. Forwarded to animal control officer.

• At 5:43 p.m. a 911 call was received about breaking and entering on Center. Given trespass advisement.

• At 6:29 p.m. a phone call was received about an injured eagle on Marine. Forwarded to U.S. Fish & Wildlife.

• At 8:17 p.m. an officer arrested a male for felony DWI at Rezanof and Marine.

• At 8:17 p.m. a phone call was received about a welfare check on Thorsheim. Person released to friends.

• At 8:53 p.m. a phone call was received about a loose dog on Baranof. Patrol advised.

• At 9:17 p.m. a 911 call was received about drunk driving on Mill Bay. No contact with suspected vehicle.

Tuesday, April 12

• At 7:38 a.m. an officer arrested a male for reckless driving at Selief and Maple.

• At 8:56 a.m. an officer was on scene about reckless driving on Woody Way. Neighbor with loud music; unfounded.

• At 9:45 a.m. a phone call was received about sleeping in ATM lobby on Marine.

• At 10:19 a.m. a mail/fax was received and a male cited for passing a school bus on red on Mill Bay.

• At 10:33 a.m. a phone call was received about subject removal on marine. Left on request.

• At 2:16, 2:19, 2:39, 3:01, 3:08, 3:15 and 3:26 p.m. a KPD detective assisted a state investigator with conducting compliance of registration regarding sex offender compliance.

• At 6:26 p.m. at the station harassing communication on Ismailov was reported. Civil issue.

Wednesday, April 13

• At 1:28 a.m. an officer checked a suspicious vehicle at Gibson Cove. Unoccupied vehicle; no one around.

• At 5:02 a.m. a 911 call was received and an officer helped a man find his wallet on Shelikof.

• At 8 a.m. a phone call was received about a civil issue. Advised her of her rights.

• At 10:38 a.m. an officer checked broken vehicle windows on Mill Bay. Possible vandalism; tried to contact owner.

• At 12:24 p.m. an officer served a domestic violence restraining order on Mill Bay.

• At 1:06 p.m. a phone call was received about open container on Marine. Male arrested.

• At 2 p.m. a civil issue on Birch was reported at the station.

• At 2:17 p.m. a phone call was received about protective custody on East Rezanof. Taken to PKIMC.

• At 5:21 p.m. at the station someone reported reckless driving on Mill Bay, patrol advised.

• At 5:45 p.m. an officer assisted adult probation with home visit on West Rezanof.

• At 5:52 p.m. an officer assisted adult probation with home visit on Mission.

• At 5:51 p.m. a phone call was received asking for extra patrol due to skateboarders.

• At 5:59 p.m. an officer assisted adult probation with home visit on Baranof.

• At 6:10 p.m. an officer assisted adult probation with home visit on Woody Way.

• At 6:23 p.m. an officer assisted adult probation with home visit on Woody Way.

• At 6:32 p.m. a phone call was received about a group of kids on Center. Patrol advised.

• At 6:36 p.m. an officer assisted adult probation with home visit on Thorsheim.

• At 8:40 p.m. at the station harassing communication on Rezanof was reported. Texting and calling; advised of DVRO options.

• At 8:42 p.m. a phone call was received about a wallet stolen on Mill Bay.

• At 9:33 p.m. a phone call was received about domestic violence on East Rezanof. Forwarded to AST.

• At 11:32 p.m. a phone call was received about an intoxicated pedestrian on Mission. Unable to locate.
