• At 9:05 a.m., an officer served an inmate for third-degree criminal mischief.

• At 9:05 a.m., an officer served an inmate for fourth-degree misconduct.

• At 9:08 a.m., an officer gave a leash law warning.

• At 9:09 a.m., an officer gave a no camping advisement on Erskine Ave.

• At 9:17 a.m., an officer gave a no camping advisement on Alimaq Drive.

• At 9:18 a.m., an officer impounded a loose dog on Mill Bay Road.

• At 9:33 a.m., a caller reported her brother might be suicidal. Officers contacted the man, and found he was not.

• At 10:08 a.m., a vehicle was cited for a parking offense on Shelikof Street.

• At 10:23 a.m., an officer was in the process of citing a vehicle for a parking offense, but the driver left before it could be cited.

• At 10:25 a.m., a woman reported a dirt bike was driving at a high speed and almost hit her vehicle on Mill Bay Road. Officers were unable to locate the dirt bike.

• At 10:25 a.m., an officer impounded a loose dog on Mill Bay Road.

• At 10:39, 11:28 and 11:36 a.m., a vehicle was cited for a parking offense on Shelikof Street.

• At 11:48 a.m., a caller reported a vehicle was being lived in, on the premises and warnings have been given. The person left upon an officer’s request.

• At 12:39 p.m., an abandoned vehicle on Marine Way was red-tagged and cited.

• At 12:52 p.m., a 911 caller reported two men were carrying another man with blood on his face. The man claimed he fell, and emergency medical services were requested.

• At 1:42 p.m., a vehicle was cited for a traffic offense on Alimaq Drive.

• At 1:44 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle on Trident Way passed by smelling of marijuana. The vehicle was gone on arrival.

• At 1:59 p.m., a vehicle was cited for a traffic offense on Alimaq Drive.

• At 1:59 p.m., a vehicle was cited for a traffic offense on Alimaq Drive.

• At 2:31 p.m., a caller reported a man left before being medically cleared. He did not meet police custody criteria.

• At 3 p.m., a vehicle was cited for a traffic offense on Alimaq Drive.

• At 3:06 p.m., an officer found an abandoned campsite on Benny Benson Drive and Mill Bay Road.

• At 3:13 p.m., a caller reported an employee stole over $3,000 in cash.

• At 3:28 p.m., two abandoned vehicles on Bartel Avenue were red-tagged.

• At 4:56 p.m., a caller reported a man broke a window on Marine Way. He was arrested for third-degree criminal mischief.

• At 5:10 p.m., a caller reported someone was stripping a vehicle for parts in a parking lot on Von Scheele Way. Gone on arrival.

• At 5:16 p.m., a caller reported CDs were stolen from his residence. When officers arrived he stated they were not stolen after all.

• At 6:20 p.m., a man was cited for failure to register a vehicle.

• At 6:40 p.m., a caller reported a man was being obnoxious and bragging about breaking a window. He was gone on arrival.

• At 6:59 p.m., a man reported he hit a dog on Mill Bay Road. The vehicle had minor damage and the dog was taken to the vet.

• At 7:46 p.m., an officer was unable to catch a loose dog on Mill Bay Road.

• At 8:06 p.m., an officer arrested a man on a warrant.

• At 10 p.m., a caller requested help removing a subject, who left upon officers request.

• At 11:25 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle was in a ditch on Selief Lane. A woman was arrested for DUI.

Saturday, Sept. 8

• At 1:50 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 4:54 a.m., a caller reported a fight on Marine Way. All parties dispersed when officer arrived.

• At 4:55 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 4:57 a.m., a caller reported his intoxicated friend was upset and wanted an officer to speak with him. The officers found the man and he was OK.

• At 5:03 a.m., an intoxicated woman reported her cell phone was stolen.

• At 5:10 a.m., an officer requested an ambulance for an intoxicated woman who was passed out on Marine way.

• At 5:21 a.m., an officer investigated suspicious circumstances on Mill Bay Road. All was OK.

• At 5:33 a.m., a caller reported a man states he stole his CDs. Officers were unable to make contact with the other party.

• At 7:35 a.m., a 911 caller reported her neighbors were fighting and it sounded physical. When officers arrived there were no signs of injury and neither party wanted to press charges.

• At 8:56 a.m., an officer posted a no camping advisement on Benny Benson Drive.

• At 12:27 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 1:15 p.m., a 911 caller reported two men were damaging property on Chichenoff Street. Officers found that the men were playing video games and there was no property damage.

• At 1:45 p.m., someone turned a wallet in to the Kodiak Police Department, and it was placed into evidence.

• At 2:50 p.m., an officer impounded a loose dog.

• At 3:51 p.m., a woman turned in a wallet to the Kodiak Police Department, and the owner picked it up.

• At 4:10 p.m., a caller reported a vagabond on Marine Way was smoking and harassing people. He was gone on arrival.

• At 5:35 p.m., an officer arrested a man for violating conditions of release.

• At 6:18 p.m., a caller reported finding a rifle in the dumpster; it was a broken bb gun.

• At 6:42 p.m., an officer caught a man urinating in public on Marine Way. Charges will be forwarded.

• At 6:58 p.m., a caller reported his friend has been missing for a couple of weeks. Police found he was not missing.

• At 7:33 p.m., a caller reported a man trespassed from an establishment on Rezanof Drive.

• At 8:08 p.m., a 911 caller reported a family dispute. Parties left at an officer’s request.

• At 8:55 p.m., a caller reported an on-going problem with fireworks on Ismailov Street. The people were admonished and given advisement for fireworks inside city limits.

• At 9:01 p.m., a caller reported speaking with her friend the prior day, and she was very upset. Now she is unable to locate her. The woman called back and reported she found her friend.

• At 9:10 p.m., a caller reported almost being ran over by a reckless driver, who then proceeded to almost cause three wrecks. Officers did not observe the vehicle driving recklessly, but gave advisement to the driver.

• At 9:23 p.m., an officer gave an open container advisement to a man and dumped the alcohol out.

• At 11:46 p.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

Sunday, Sept. 9

• At 12:52 a.m., an officer removed debris from the roadway on Rezanof Drive.

• At 1:27 a.m., a caller reported an intoxicated man was knocking on doors and jiggling doorknobs on Woody Way Loop. He was gone on arrival.

• At 1:57 a.m., an officer removed debris from the roadway on Mill Bay Road.

• At 2:12 a.m., an officer arrested a man for criminal trespassing on Marine Way.

• At 3:02 a.m., an officer arrested a man for criminal trespassing on Marine Way.

• At 3:21 a.m., an officer was on foot patrol on Marine Way.

• At 4:48 a.m., an officer removed debris from the roadway on Mill Bay Road.

• At 2:40 p.m., a cat was brought to the Kodiak Police Department and impounded.

• At 7:13 p.m., a cab driver was outside the Kodiak Police Department with a man refusing to pay. The man paid upon the officer’s request and left.

• At 7:37 p.m., a caller reported vehicles with loud mufflers drive up and down Mill Bay Road several times a day. Patrol was advised.

• At 8:46 p.m., a caller reported a man keeps returning to the Marine Way business after being told to leave. Officers said to call if he returns.

• At 9:19 p.m., a caller reported domestic violence on Shelikof Street. It was a verbal argument only.

• At 9:57 p.m., an officer cited a man for no insurance on Mill Bay Road.

• At 11:35 p.m., a 911 caller reported a vehicle was swerving all over the road and changing speeds. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
