June 25

— Rickey Quint, 60, of Sand Point, was issued a citation Tuesday by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Kodiak Post, for failure to register commercial fishing vessel. Bail is set at $70.

— Jim Smith, 56, of Sand Point, was issued a citation Tuesday by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Kodiak Post, for failure to register commercial fishing vessel. Bail is set at $70.

— Paul Holmberg, 61, of Palmer, was issued a citation Tuesday by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Kodiak Post, for failure to have his crewmember license in his possession while commercial fishing. Bail is set at $270.

— Cesar Diaz, 39, of Rio Rico, Arizona, was issued a citation Tuesday by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Kodiak Post, for making a false statement on a commercial fishing crewmember license. A court date is scheduled for July 18 in the Homer Court.

June 26

— Jeffery Count, 42, of Temecula, California was issued a citation by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Kodiak Post, for failure to register his seine skiff. Bail is set at $70.

— Walter Benkman, 29, of Seattle, Washington, was issued two citations by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Kodiak Post, for failure to register his seine skiff and for failure to have his CFEC vessel license permit documentation on board. Bail is set at $70 for not registering his skiff and $220 for not having his vessel documentation on board.

— Peter Shuravloff, 52, of Sand Point, was issued a citation by the Alaska Wildlife Troopers, Kodiak Post, for failure to register his set net vessel. Bail is set at $70.

— Joan Pederson, 26, and Seth Row-Button, 28, of Wasilla, were arrested by Alaska State Troopers in Wasilla. Troopers observed a stolen vehicle in Wasilla in the vicinity of the Parks Highway and Stanley Road. The vehicle attempted to hide but was located soon after. Investigation revealed that in addition to the vehicle being stolen, stolen property was inside of it along with controlled substances. Row-Button was arrested and transported to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility where he was remanded without bail on charges of vehicle theft in the first degree, two counts of theft in the fourth degree, theft in the third degree, and misconduct involving controlled substances in the fourth degree. The investigation revealed that a passenger in the vehicle, Pedersen, had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Pedersen was also arrested and transported to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility, where she was remanded with a bail of $750 cash.

June 27

— William Dushkin, 36, of Sand Point, was cited for failing to have a photo ID card with his commercial fisheries permit card. Bail was set at $320.
