At 1 a.m., police cited a man in the 2600 block of Mill Bay Road for violating conditions of release.

At 1:44 a.m., a person asked for assistance removing an unruly customer from the 1900 block of East Rezanof Drive. He calmed down before police arrived, and they said they no longer needed help.

At 7 a.m., a man reported a vehicle blocking his driveway in the 600 block of Hemlock Street. It was gone when police arrived.

At 9 a.m., police received a report of a loose dog on Spruce Cape Road. It ran home.

At 11 a.m., a man reported he was almost hit by an all-terrain vehicle in the Woody Way Loop and East Rezanof Drive area. Police patrolled the area and saw and heard nothing.

A person reported a man and woman arguing in the 180 block of Alimaq Drive. Police patrolled the area and found no one.

A person reported finding a suitcase in the 500 block of Alimaq Drive. It was placed into evidence for safekeeping.

At 2 p.m., police conducted a routine animal patrol of the Monashka area.

A person requested a welfare check on a man on Pillar Mountain Road. He was fine.

At 3 p.m., a person reported people in the plaza in the 300 block of Center Avenue are being annoying and making business and other citizens uncomfortable. It was quiet and orderly when police arrived.

A person reported fraud online. It’s under investigation.

A man reported items stolen from his vehicle in the 100 block of West Rezanof Drive. It’s under investigation.

At 5 p.m., a person reported cruelty to a dog from a neighboring residence in the 100 block of West Rezanof Drive. Patrolling officers were advised.

Police received a report of a minor vehicle accident in the 1600 block of Mill Bay Road. There were no injuries, and they wanted it logged for insurance purposes.

A person reported an aggressive dog was tied up but could reach pedestrians on the sidewalk in the 800 block of Thorsheim Street. The dog was reunited with the owner.

A person reported finding a wallet in the 400 block of West Marine Way. It was placed into evidence for safekeeping.

At 6 p.m., police warned a driver for improperly displaying a license plate.

A person reported harassing communication in the 1400 block of West Marine Way. Patrolling officers were advised.

A person requested a welfare check on a dog panting heavily in a vehicle with no open windows in the 500 block of East Marine Way. The owner came out and opened the window slightly. The dog appeared fine.

At 7 p.m., police cited a woman in the 700 block of Mission Road for violating conditions of release, and charges were forwarded for a man for assault in the fourth degree.

A man asked for police assistance in removing an intoxicated woman from his fishing vessel in the 500 block of Alimaq Drive. She voluntarily left when police asked.
