Dean J. Fox, 52, pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine days suspended, which amounts to time served, 40 hours of community work service and probation until Oct. 12, 2018.  

Andrew M. Ursin, 58, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 180 days of jail or electronic monitoring with 120 days suspended, fined $4,000 and two years of probation. His driver’s license is revoked for three years, after which he must use an ignition interlock device for 18 months.  

Everett Grass, Jr., 27, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 30 days of jail or electronic monitoring with 27 days suspended, fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and probation until Sept. 19, 2018. He was ordered to complete a substance abuse screening, evaluation and recommended treatment. His driver’s license is revoked for 90 days, after which he must use an ignition interlock device for 6 months.

Abigail C. Christiansen, 37, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. She was fined $250 and ordered to pay restitution.  

Harold B. Magnusson, 58, pleaded guilty failure to complete black rockfish log books as required in commercial fishing. He was fined $1,500.
