A Kodiak woman was arrested on Thursday and charged with possession of drugs and theft. According to the police report, officers from the Kodiak Police Department conducted a traffic stop of an SUV on Ole Johnson Ave. Donna M. Ford-Roberts was the sole occupant and driver of the vehicle.

A second officer arrived on the scene and recognized Ford-Roberts from previous law enforcement interactions, according to the affidavit, which also stated that one officer observed a torn bindle baggie near the center console of the vehicle.
