At 10 a.m., a person reported neighbor dogs in the 1200 block of Father Herman Street bark continuously when outside. It was quiet when police arrived, and they will check back.

At 3 p.m., police received a report of transients in the 300 block of Center Avenue drinking from an open container and yelling at one another. It was quiet when police arrived and no open containers were found.
At 4 p.m., police received a report of a domestic dispute in a parking lot in the 400 block of Lower Mill Bay Road. They were gone when police arrived.
A person reported a woman they believed to be suicidal in the 400 block of Cedar Street. She met protective custody criteria and was given a courtesy ride to the hospital.
Police warned a speeding driver in the 3000 block of East Rezanof Drive.
At 5 p.m., a person reported a loud scream from a dog in the 1900 block of Mill Bay Road. Police patrolled the area and did not hear or see anything.
Police cited a man in the 200 block of Lower Mill Bay Road for having no proof of insurance.
