Artist Elizabeth Meliah and her husband, Keith Meliah, installed stained glass windows showing natural Kodiak scenes Thursday at the Kodiak Community Pool. The windows, which cost $14,000, were funded by the state’s Percent for Art program, which requires that 1 percent of state-funded projects’ budgets be used for artwork.
