The Coast Guard will hold a formal marine casualty investigation hearing at noon Monday at Anchorage’s Loussac Library. Coast Guard spokesman Petty Officer 1st Class David Mosley said the meeting will not be broadcast, and no one is permitted to bring a recorder into the hearing.
