At 2:02 a.m., police observed a bear in the Pillar Mountain Road and Hillside Drive area.

At 1:28 p.m., a person requested extra patrols due to transient activity in the 700 block of Mill Bay Road including urination, defecation and use of outlets and spigots. Patrolling officers were advised.

At 1:31 p.m., police gave criminal trespass notices to two men on Pillar Mountain Road.

At 3:24 p.m., a person reported items stolen from his fishing vessel in Dog Bay. Nothing was stolen, he was just confused.

At 3:55 p.m., a person reported three dogs were loose and one was dead in the roadway on the Chiniak Highway. The owner was notified and took all three home.

At 5:07 p.m., a person reported a man who was previously criminally banned from the 300 block of Center Avenue had come back. He was gone when police arrived.

At 5:26 p.m., police warned a driver in the 1700 block of East Rezanof Drive to register the vehicle.

At 8:39 p.m., a person reported finding a loose dog that appeared abused at Mile 1 of East Rezanof Drive. Police met the caller at the shelter.

At 9:44 p.m., a person reported suspicious activity and possible drug deals. Patrolling officers were advised.
