J. Adolfo M. Navarro pleaded guilty to having an open container. Navarro was sentenced to one day in jail and ordered to complete 20 hours of community work service.

Michael Rabago pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Rabago was sentenced to 45 days in jail (42 suspended) and fined $3,000 ($1,500 suspended) and ordered to comply with recommendations of alcohol/substance abuse screening and had his license revoked for 90 days and was ordered to use an ignition interlock device for six months after regaining the license and was placed on probation for three years.

Ty Lynn Rouse pleaded guilty to groundfish possession and landing in closed waters – first offense. Rouse was fined $500.

Julian J. Valdez pleaded guilty to assault in the third degree – cause fear of injury with a weapon. Valdez was sentenced to five years in jail (three suspended) and fined $10,000 ($8,000 suspended) and placed on probation for five years.
